I aim to empower every client by mastering the 4M’s of fitness: Mindshift, Mealshift, Microhabits, and Muscle Building. We start with Mindshift – our relationship with weight loss and with food. Next is Mealshift. Mastering what to put on your plate is one of the largest drivers of fat loss. Microhabits will help make weight loss sustainable over time, and Muscle building will allow you the body composition change you desire.
What does the 1:1 coaching include?
One on One coaching includes weekly 30-minute live Zoom meetings with the Calorie Deficit Queen. You will get immediate access to the full 50 page 4Mfit workbook and e-course. During your meetings, you will navigate
