Digital Products:

1. Refunds: Due to the nature of the digital products we offer, which are automatically delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase, we regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds for any digital products. All sales are final.
2. Product Delivery: Upon successful completion of the purchase, the digital product will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the order. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact our customer support team at office@thecaloriedeficitqueen.com.
3. Product Download: Your purchase includes 1 year of access to download your eBook(s) from the date of purchase. After that time, the download link will expire and we will no longer be able to resend your files. To ensure continued access, please download and save your eBook(s) to your computer, cloud storage, or device immediately after purchase. Memberships:

1. Cancellation: Customers have the right to cancel their membership at any time. Once a payment is made for a membership, that payment is non-refundable. It is important to note that cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period.
